Dear Customers,
We are excited to introduce Gold First Installment at sggoldshop.com, in partnership with GrabPay and Atome. To get started, simply download the GrabPay and Atome apps from the App Store or Google Play. Once registered, verify your account details.
You can then purchase your desired jewelry within the app's credit limit. With our installment plan, you'll only need to pay 1/4 or 1/3 of the total price upfront for the first month. You can choose to either collect your gold in-store or opt for next-day delivery. The remaining payments will be automatically deducted from your debit card on a monthly basis.
For example, if you make a purchase today, the second installment will be deducted on the same date next month, followed by the third installment in the subsequent month.
Should you wish to exchange an item, simply visit our store with the item in its original condition, along with the packaging and invoice. After verification, we’ll process your exchange. Please note, there is a service fee if the exchange is for a lower-priced item. Alternatively, we can arrange for delivery to facilitate the exchange process.
You can use the app to purchase any item, as long as it’s within your available credit limit.

Yes, we offer both buyback and trade-in services for your old gold, which can be exchanged for cash or new items. All trade-ins must be conducted in-store, and you’ll need to bring a valid form of identification.
Please note, for all old gold, an 18% deduction will be applied to the current gold price.
