There is no Refund, Only Exchange Policy

Exchange
- You have 7 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damages and issues
Certain types of items cannot be Exchange, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept Exchange for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
