You have 7 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.

Hi everyone! To ensure you always have the best experience shopping with us at Best Gold Shop / Emphasis Gold Pte Ltd, we are introducing a flexible exchange policy for all lightweight items—even if they are dented or damaged!

⚠️ Please note: There are strict refunds. We operate on an Exchange-Only Policy.

🔄 Option 1: Walk-in Exchange

Feel free to visit our retail shop to swap your item in person.

Condition: We accept exchanges even for damaged or dented items!

Cost: $0 (No service fee).

🚚 Option 2: Online Exchange & Delivery

Can’t make it to the shop? We’ll come to you!

How it works: Choose a new item online, and we will deliver it to your doorstep while collecting your old item.

Requirement: The new item must be of higher value than the original. You simply pay the price difference + a $20 delivery fee.

⚠️ Terms & Conditions

  • The 7-Day Rule: Exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt. Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • No TikTok Refunds: By opting for this exchange service, you explicitly agree not to raise a refund request via the TikTok platform.
  • After 7 Days: Any requests made after the 7-day window has closed will be treated as a Trade-In based on current gold market values rather than a direct retail exchange.
  • Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Custom products (such as special orders, altered lengths, or personalized items) and gift cards cannot be exchanged.

💳 Flexible Payment Methods

We accept a wide range of payments for structural price differences and delivery fees:

  • Buy Now, Pay Later: Grab PayLater, Atome, Shopee PayLater
  • Instant Transfer: PayNow
  • Others: Credit Card & Cash on Delivery (COD)

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be Exchange, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept Exchange for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept Exchange on sale items or gift cards.
