So disappointed with the item I purchased. There is 750 gold part in the earring but it was not written in the description. Needle is noticeably bent on one of the earring and there is grime coming off from the spring area. No tags intact, feels like buying a secondhand item. The paperbag received is just a tiny paper bag with receipt just stashed into it. Does not feel premium at all despite the higher price than in stores.

Customer service is excellent. Offered exchange to lower, higher price item or full refund. Polite and appreciate their customers. Refund done asap after collection. Because of this they deserve to get higher rating for being professional.
