• ⚠️ Mandatory Payment Instructions:
  To avoid unnecessary fees, you must select our custom payment channels at checkout:
  • For your initial downpayment: Select "For Group Buy Deposit"
  • For your final invoice: Select "For Group Buy Balance Payment"
  Crucial Note: In the event that any other payment method (such as standard credit card gateways) is used, your transaction will be strictly subject to an automatic 10% administration surcharge.
• 📈 Live Market Pricing Adjustment:
  Because physical gold prices fluctuate daily, the final price of this Group Buy is strictly tied to the prevailing market rate on the exact day the campaign hits its target (when the 10th buyer joins).
  • If Gold Market Rises: The remaining 10% balance invoice will be adjusted upward to reflect the market increase.
  • If Gold Market Falls: The savings are passed to you, and your final balance invoice will be reduced accordingly.
   *Your 90% deposit is calculated based on today's base rate of $188/g. The final invoice will reflect the closing day's exact gold spot rate minus the absolute deposit cash amount already paid.
• Collection Mode: Listed Group Buy prices are strictly for Self-Collection at our retail shop. Optional doorstep delivery can be arranged upon campaign activation for an additional flat fee of $25.00.
• Customer Cancellation: If the Group Buy campaign is successful and reaches its target, your 90% deposit becomes strictly non-refundable and will be forfeited should you choose to cancel or fail to settle the remaining adjusted balance.
• Balance Payment Deadline: Once the group target is met and the adjusted final invoice is emailed, you must settle the remaining balance within 48 hours. Failure to pay within this window will result in order cancellation and immediate forfeiture of your deposit.
• Identity Verification (KYC): In compliance with precious metals regulations, customers must present a valid government-issued photo ID (NRIC/Passport) upon final payment or self-collection. The name on the ID must match the order checkout details.
• Campaign Target & Refunds: Orders will only be processed once the pool hits its target of 2 participants by May 19, 2026. If the target is not met, the campaign is cancelled. Deposits via Cash/PayNow are refunded 100% in full; credit card/other methods will incur a 10% deduction to cover non-refundable merchant gateway fees.
