Due to the personalized nature of custom and pre-order items, as well as the discounted rates applied to promotional purchases, these items are final sale. Additionally, any jewelry that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration after purchase will not qualify for exchange.
Please note that for all exchanges, items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of use, and must be accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase. Exchanges must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Best Gold Shop reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.
