There is no Refund, Only Exchange Policy

Exchange

  • You have 7 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damages and issues

Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including custom orders, pre-orders, and items purchased at promotional prices. Due to the personalized nature of custom and pre-order items, as well as the discounted rates applied to promotional purchases, these items are final sale. Additionally, any jewelry that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration after purchase will not qualify for exchange.

Please note that for all exchanges, items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of use, and must be accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase. Exchanges must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Best Gold Shop reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For any issues related to defective or incorrect items, we advise customers to inspect their orders upon receipt and contact us immediately for resolution.

Disclaimer: The availability of exchanges is subject to product availability. Best Gold Shop cannot guarantee the replacement of sold-out items. In such cases, store credit may be offered instead.
