Shipping Policy

This policy explains the current delivery arrangements for purchases from Best Gold Shop.

Singapore Local Delivery

We currently deliver within Singapore every day. Available delivery windows are:

  • 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM will normally be scheduled for the next available delivery day. The delivery window is subject to availability and will be confirmed with the customer.

Singapore Delivery Fees

Jewellery-only orders enjoy free standard local delivery within Singapore.

Any order containing one or more gold bars has a S$20 delivery fee per order, including mixed orders of gold bars and jewellery. This fee applies once per order, not per bar. Free delivery is not available for orders containing gold bars.

Free Store Pickup

Store pickup is free, including orders containing gold bars. Please collect only after our team confirms your order is ready.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, high order volume, access restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If there is a significant delay, our team will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the order during the confirmed delivery window. If the recipient becomes unavailable, contact our team promptly to discuss the next available delivery arrangement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or an incorrect item is delivered, contact Best Gold Shop as soon as possible. Keep the item, packaging and delivery evidence so our team can review the matter.

Overseas Delivery

Overseas delivery is currently unavailable. Best Gold Shop accepts delivery orders for Singapore addresses only.
