2. Live Gold Prices and Pricing Errors

Gold product prices, including 916 and 999 gold, may change as precious-metal market conditions change.

• The purchase price is confirmed when checkout and payment are successfully completed.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a data-feed, technical or administrative error, we may refuse or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the amount paid will be returned to the original payment method.

3. Governing Law

These terms and any separate agreements through which we provide products or services are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
