Shipping Policy

This policy explains the current delivery arrangements for purchases from Best Gold Shop.

Singapore Local Delivery

We currently deliver within Singapore every day. Available delivery windows are:

• 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM will normally be scheduled for the next available delivery day. The delivery window is subject to availability and will be confirmed with the customer.

Delivery Charges and Location Surcharges

Applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout or confirmed before delivery.

A location surcharge of S$5 per delivery applies to:

• Tuas
• Sentosa
• Shopping malls

If a delivery address falls into more than one listed category, our team will confirm the applicable surcharge before delivery.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, high order volume, access restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If there is a significant delay, our team will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the order during the confirmed delivery window. If the recipient becomes unavailable, contact our team promptly to discuss the next available delivery arrangement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or an incorrect item is delivered, contact Best Gold Shop as soon as possible. Keep the item, packaging and delivery evidence so our team can review the matter.

Overseas Delivery

Overseas delivery is currently unavailable. Best Gold Shop accepts delivery orders for Singapore addresses only.
