Relevant customer, order, invoice, payment-status and transaction records may be retained for at least seven years where required or reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, tax, audit, dispute-resolution or business purposes.

When personal data is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete it, anonymise it or remove the means by which it can be associated with an individual.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We will explain the likely consequences of withdrawing consent where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect collection, use or disclosure that is permitted or required by law.

Our website and services are not directed to children. If you believe that a child has provided personal data without appropriate authorisation, contact us so that we can review the matter.
