Exchange Process
You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to exchange an item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs for returns, which are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be exchanged, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also ineligible for exchange.
